Shropshire Chef Gift Certificates

The Shropshire Chef Courses and Events 2012.

There are two types of courses: full day classes (from 10-4pm) with a gourmet three course meal cooked (mostly) by you; or Demo and Dine evenings. At The Chef's Table Demo and Dine evenings you'll watch Simon create your meal - while you enjoy complimentary champagne and canapes. You'll then sit down for a sociable dinner, savouring his creations (6.00 pm until about 10.00pm).

On all the courses you get to discover and taste the finest local produce: meats, cheeses, game, fish, fresh fruit and vegetables. Suppliers include "The Mousetrap" in Ludlow, "Pimhill" and "Bacheldre" flours, and "D W Wall & Sons" traditional breed butchers.
(The menus are based upon the week-by-week changes in the surrounding fields and hedgerows, so some recipes may have to alter closer to the time.)
