How to make your own bread at home

| Learning traditional breadmaking, and baking your own bread is one of the most satisfying things you can to do. |

| Using the simplest of ingredients, including local flours from Pimhill and Becheldre Watermill, you will learn the processes, hands-on techniques, and different methods of breadmaking. |

You won't use specialist machinery - just your hands, so all of the bread you make, can be easily made at home. |
| This course is ideal for total beginners or those who have just started to make their own bread at home. |
| Lunch of salads, local hams and cheeses and wine. As well as a dessert. |
Recipes: you'll make a range of breads from two simple doughs, traditional wholemeal and traditional white.
