My name is Simon Smith. I live on Round Oak Farm in the hills above Craven Arms. It's here that I cook gourmet meals for the lucky few who live in Shropshire as well as visitors to Norton House and Highgrove Barns.
Today I'm as much at home with my hands in the soil as I am in the kitchen. I grow many of my own ingredients and use local suppliers.
